Buyers responsibilities:

Have pup examined by a licensed veterinarian within 2 business days of delivery. If a problem does exist, the breeder must be contacted immediately and the problem must be verified to the breeder's own veterinarian.

Provide the puppy with routine preventative care, such as, but not limited to: Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian and follow the given guidelines provided.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Health guarantee is as follows:

A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows:

Defect must occur within first year of age and be examined and documented by a licensed veterinarian. Breeder must be notified at once followed by a writen report from the examining veterinarian. If puppy expires from the condition, an autopsy must be performed and a report must follow with exact results of death. Upon consultation between the two vets, interpretation of the report will be presented and if defect is confirmed, a replacement puppy will be agreed upon between buyer and seller. Shipping cost of the replacement puppy will be responsibility of the buyer.

Any puppy with a defect will be returned, in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the cost of the buyer or euthanized with the prior consent of the breeder. Unless, other arrangements are made between the two.

All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only, no refunds are given.

Breeder is not responsible for any or all medical expenses incurred.

This guarantee applies to the original puppy only and is non-transferable to a second party.

Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and be on comparable bloodlines. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the same parents of the original puppy.

No replacement puppy will be given if the original puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered or altered in any way, no euthanization will occur without the breeder's permission.

There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange and other auto-immune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.

Any physical problem with or could be a result of an injury is not covered by this guarantee.

The breeder guarantees a healthy companion pet only, no guarantee is made as to disposition, conformation, size or breeding ability.

As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received proper and timely vaccinations and dewormings. The buyer will be informed of future needs of the above.

Puppies are like small children, they are susceptible to pneumonia and other infections due to drafts, cold temp., etc.. Very small puppies may experience low blood sugar due to the stress of the changing environments.  Watch for listlessness, non eating and general signs of not feeling well. Treat with honey or karo syrup and call your vet immediately. I do not guarantee against the above, this is the reason that I will decide upon the time of the shipping of each individual puppy.

No guarantee is given against parasites such as worms, coccidiosis, giardia or ear mites. The puppies have been treated prior to shipping for the above.

Breeder is not responsible for any future surgeries such as ear dockings, luxating patellas, hernias or nose clippings.

This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements and is NULL and VOID if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled and documented between buyer and seller.

Most puppies will be shipped after 8 weeks of age. Smaller puppies may need more time and will be shipped later, upon agreement between buyer and seller, the health of the puppy is first and foremost.
